he asked me to review so I'm doing it now:
some (maybe obvious) disclaimers for new people: life time products will be usually on new accounts, and will often break/cancel the member ship. This will mean each time it stops having a subscription you will have to contact him again asking him to fix/replace your account (usually with a different mail. If you have no issues with having 90 mails and not being able to keep track then you do you. but I thought this process was rather tedious to keep up with different emails every single time. E.g. When you have Netflix this would (very often for me) stop working within 1-2 weeks, meaning I'd have to ask for a replacement and lose all my watching progress and lists.
(how to get a) Replacement: To replace your product, you are obligated to DM him (make sure you keep proof of original purchase bc he wont which is fair.), afterwards, in my experiences, it takes days for answers, only for the answer to be "will be fixed in x (more additional) days", or sometimes not even in stock. Meaning the product you've bought wont be in stock/immediately available (as a new person to this I was disappointed when I read "lifetime").
Additionally. sometimes he will forget you, so you have to double message (I've been waiting for months personally for a Netflix replacement), even though he asks everyone not to double message for a bump which makes it quite confusing what you are suppose to do when forgotten.
issues/reliability: There was one instance where it was a bit sketchy. There is a telegram channel where he announces durations of tickets, or when a all [certain product] orders are fixed.
In this instance. there was a post in the telegram announce channel, announcing "ALL NF (Netflix) FIXED", here he comments open, where several people (including me) stated complaints about it NOT being fixed. and waiting for MONTHS (I've been waiting for almost 2 months now). all of this happened around 10/11/2024 so show this is recent behaviour.
His response was a purge of the chat, several times even, and when he finally messaged me he said "to many orders" and afterwards BANNED /silenced me from making replies (which begs the authenticity and also) which makes me really confused as to why he posted it was fixed first of all.
As of now I'm still waiting on a reply weeks later after all of this happening.
