Additional Information: I did an exchange from USDT to XMR of 1.9K, I had previously done exchanges and never had this problem - I have not received anything in my Monero and the transaction they claim they sent leads to a null page.
I spoke on support chat with no response, it's been several hours since then and I needed it ASAP.
they should reopen the discord support if they don't answer through the site.
Crypto address for a refund: Just go ahead with the exchange to the same XMR address
In case of refund in ETH, ask me directly by PM for the address, not by chat to avoid impersonators
