Hey guys, @RealPsycho invited me to UG, but I refused. Here are 10 reasons why you should refuse too:

1. You have to pay @KSZ, and no one wants to pay @KSZ
   
2. You get a fancy CSS without even knowing CSS
   
3. You will DWC if you join
   
4. Too much bureaucracy: There are so many rules and procedures, it feels like working in a government office.
   
5. Lack of creative freedom: Your ideas are constantly blocked or altered.
   
6. Constant drama: The community is a real hotbed of drama and conflicts.
   
7. Unrealistic expectations: They expect you to always be available and active, even when you have other things to do.
   
8. Toxic culture: There is a negative atmosphere, and many members are disrespectful and condescending.
   
9. Pressure to conform: You're pressured to follow a specific line of thought and not to diverge.
   
10. Waste of time: You spend a lot of time and energy with little to no reward.
    

These are just a few reasons why I refused, and I think you should consider not joining too.
