Ordered double dip.   Only got refund without replacement.  My account was clean, 2 and half years old with large number of orders.  It got closed for misuse of Amazon policy.  Refunder seems more interested in quick payout for himself rather than safeguarding client and following request.

Hey brother, always before starting working with amazon we advise that double dip is optional and if it doesn't work we proceed with the refund. You got the refund in very short timeframe and not satisfied? [Image: pepe.gif] 
I'm sorry to make you feel that way, but you got 200% on your investment minus 15% commission that can not be not the best case scenario. I would love to see you as our customer again, we earn only if you earn please don't forget that

You did not advise me if anything. Had I known a double dip was unlikely I would not have submitted a form.

Refunding is a buyer's market. You want to provide sub standard customer service you will lose customers.

Simple.
