Additional Information: 

First, the buyer refused to pay even 50% up front, the ETA/Deadline is still on,
and the buyer decided to reject the deal in the middle of work. His Thread and Signature are finished (they will be delivered to the moderators who will be in charge of this case)

The customer constantly asks stupid questions, is skeptical even if he has still paid absolutely nothing and does not understand how everything works,
so he thinks he is smart. With all that, he copy-pasted one message and trash talks my service constantly.

I do not allow this kind of behavior at all.
I explained to the customer to wait until @DarkShop sends me an invite link for adobe products

After @Darkshop properly performed its duty, I noticed trash talk and decided to open a scam report
considering that I feel threatened. Even more, the Customer claims that I am wasting his time (regardless of the fact that the ETA is still going on).

If in the end he decides to end the deal, he can take over his works and pay the price of Evolot's Exclusive, considering that our whole deal is broken right now.

1. How can I have scammed for $230 when I am the buyer of this deal? Sure, I didn't pay anything yet, but also you didn't deliver anything yet.

2. I didn't "refuse" to pay 50% upfront. I didn't want to proceed with the deal because of the scam reports on @Evolot, but then he offered me complete the designs with no upfront payment.

3. I wanted to close the deal because I didn't get any response from OP, and have waited for him to give me some kind of proof that he actually started the designs (as he claimed) for over 48 hours now.

4. I didn't open any scam report on @Evolot because he has not scammed me for anything, besides my time. That's why I opened a community alert, mostly just to warn others about this seller.
I don't think it's an coincidence that he has received multiple scam reports with all the same issue as mine.

5. @Evolot is now spamming me Telegram and trying to make a lot of useless points. He's fishing for something and I don't understand why.

This scam report is completely pointless and seems to just be an attempt by @Evolot to start drama.

i can confirm that i deliver adobe to evolot most of the time i deliver it fast sometimes takes 30 minutes (if i'm not online more)
because service isn't automatic, what evolot saying is true.

I have no issues with him losing access to Adobe. Prior to this, he had around 48 hours to show me an preview of the designs, as proof that he actually started working on it.
When he said he lost access to Adobe, I even sent him an PSD online viewer (free), which he could simply use instead of opening the designs in photoshop. So I believe the excuse for not having access to Adobe is invalid.

I'm the only one losing here, as it's my time that gets wasted by Evolot delaying this. I can't do as I wish with marketing my business without the designs. On top of that I've already been in contact with another designer that I had to tell to not start because Evolot was threatening me.
After yesterday I have already proceeded with another designer, based on the confirmation I got from Evolot that if he didn't deliver in 3-4 hours, we can close the deal. As far as I'm concerned, it's closed.

Could you also please close this scam report and remove the DWC tag from my profile? I don't understand how this is a legit scam report, he has not delivered anything and I have not paid anything. No one has been scammed. On top of that, as mentioned twice, the deal is already closed with a confirmation from Evolot himself. The only reason he opened this scam report is because I made an community alert about it and left him an negative review.
