There's a full on starting guide in the tread. Just click on the spoiler in the post. You input the account per instance when starting the program, if you start the program it will ask for your account. If you have any more issues tell me and I'll help you out.

Sure. You have to provide the account that you want to stream the song on. You only need to provide the link to the song when asked for by the program when setting it up.

Could you please remove all folders in the folder containing the "SS Spotify Streamer.exe"? And then launch the application and start it, with keeping in mind the things I've just told you.
