I have been observing a lot of threads, most of them are from Galactic Users (I don't want to name them, everyone knows who is who), what they are doing is posted not-working accounts in the "Forum_Account" Section. They are just posting to grab Likes bcz they know that some plebs like before reply. They should know that the forum is not their house-bin or trash where they can post whatever non-working thing they can. What they say in counter is that "It works at the time of share". Suck my cock, this is total bullshit. None of the account works even when you open the thread 2 seconds later and with none view.
One thing I forgot to add is that, there isn't need to share  a screenshot of every account, but only one. For example, if you shared "X10 NORDVPN ACCOUNTS" and for that you don't need to share ss of every account. But only One account. But let's say, if you share two threads one is for "X10 NORDVPN ACCOUNT" AND the other for "X3 Amazon Prime Video accounts" You will share two ss, One is for NordVPN and one is for Amazon Prime and so on.
Look at this user, if he can do it, it means it's won't take much time,

So, there need be a proof or ss of the logged in account require that shows the account was working at the time of post. The ss should not be older than 1 hour. This can help improve the Forum's quality.

this is a big issue but i disagree with the suggestion because it's a hassle to post 20 screenshots if I want to do 20 accounts post. Instead, the community should report such users, we will be introducing section mods by September, I suggest that we arrange it in a way that most frequently reported members for posting dead accounts get notified to section mods who manually monitor their new postings, verify that they are posting dead content and ask staff members to take strict actions against such members. There is a lot of friction from a moderation point of view but it still keeps thread making easy for the legit members.

However this is just my opinion, and if i get support from other members, i can propose it in a thread.

What sort of time frame are we talking about that is acceptable? Account lifespan can range from a few hours to weeks and, in some rare cases, I've seen months go by and the accounts still work.
The risk is that someone posts accounts that do work, but gets hit back by reports saying the accounts died within an hour or less because of a multitude of factors.

Account sharing by nature runs the risk of the account getting password changed far faster than if only one user is using it. So slapping people because the working accounts died too fast seems wrong to do.

I think the idea is good but difficult to apply here without the risk of wrongfully convicting someone of posting dead accounts.

⬆⬆⬆ This.

Every site has it's own security policies. Many times an account will get locked after it's been accessed by multiple IP's within a certain time frame. That means sometimes an account will get posted that the user checked and is working for them, then the next IP address who logs into the account triggers a lock. Sometimes it means 1 subsequent user can access the account and it fails for everybody else. Nobody can guarantee that an account posted here will last a few minutes, much less a few hours.

I agree that people posting dead accounts is a problem. Currently, users have the option to report a post when none of the accounts work and mods will close the thread.

There would need to be a careful review process and signs of repeatedly posting dead accounts before any kind of punishment is enforced. I trust @KSZ and future section mods will take this into consideration when the time comes.
