How do I fix this? I use a different LTE IP each time. Although I am using the same Cash Card I used in the past to refund but I heard it was going to be okay if I give it a rest for months. Ive done around 5 refunds with this cashcard. Is it time for me to get a new cashcard? Or do I need to register on a home IP? Or both
