Since pastr.io is dead, all threads with those links are also dead.
So to remove these dead threads which would in turn increase the quality of forum and reduce the crap results while search and reduce load on server too, these threads should be deleted unless the OP wants to update links.
Could be done by script on as how earlier certain other paste sites were blocked, this time runnning the script with pastr.io as blacklisted and deleting the threads and NOT banning the posters.
P.S. - if you get time fix the Auth also
