@Leechometer should auto-moderate shoutbox


Spam links like:
shoppy.gg
discord.gg
atshop
sellix
Etc...
Should be Blacklisted and the user would be muted for spam


Flood / Mass taggin should be muted too
User keeps flooding the shoutbox with random text like:
123
123 and repeat 10 times or more
Mute for 1h should be fine


User asking for boost should leave a warning of 20% for the user

Something like:
"Someone can rep+ me?"
And more

The link must be something like: "username.atshop.io", 
Not something like: "Hey, atshop is down", i think @J_S can do that easy

The same with others link, must be full like discord
"I use discord all the days" not the same as "discord.gg/spammmm"
