Watch out for this user and his refunds, I got rebilled and he told me that he would call them, he told me that I was "second in the line" 
Some days later I couldn't even find the messages anymore and then I noticed that he totally blocked me from telegram.

I created a new telegram account to confirm my suspicions and I was right.
