Supreme [Bug] Creating new thread

When i tried to post a new thread got this error

then when i refreshed the page,got this error "You are trying to post too fast,wait 5 seconds more" 
while my thread was posted.
and also my thread was not shown in the SB
Proof(If you check the content,they're same, because posted for 2 or more times):

Same here...got error ,but my posts still showed later on.
