yes that is a virus, the red shown up on the virus total indicates that it is a virus

What kind? Its a loader to a cod cheat someone is selling

it would be showing green if it was not a virus. about half of the data is red which means it has specious data and it could result to a virus. i would not trust it

it shouldnt be a virus since not a single known antivirus detects it (malwarebytes, sentinel or esetnod)

doesnt seem like a virus since none of the antiviruses could detect what virus is it supposed to be. Loaders and injectors are often flagged as viruses. Be careful tho. PepeBlush

It still could be a custom made virus
