Edit: Looks like @00JL decided to make a post, after I made mine to try to turn this around on me now. What a retard.

Hello everyone,

This is a community report on BrandForge.

Some of the aliases of the associated users:
@Mxstermind - Main Owner (https://cracked.io/Mxstermind).
Mxsterpiece - Co-Owner (https://cracked.io/Mxsterpiece).
000jalil - Co-Owner (https://cracked.io/00JL).

On December 12, 2024, I contacted Mxstermind after seeing one of his threads about hiring graphic designers. I thought it might be a lucrative opportunity to make some extra cash, as I haven’t designed in quite some time (military duties and all). Anyway, I was accepted into the team and was the primary designer, taking over essentially all of the design orders. I don’t recall how many exactly as I was banned from the server (I will go over the reason later).

The general idea of the business was that the three owners (Mxstermind, Mxsterpiece, and 000jalil) advertised the server, and any of the freelancers on their team would be able to jump in when a ticket was opened and secure a deal with the client. A lot of his business plan was simply dumb. For the first order you sign, you get 60%, and then they get 40%. Your second, you get 65, and they get 35%. Your third, you get 70%, and they get 30%. Your fourth, you finally get 75% whilst they get 25%. Luckily, the owners never had me go through this process, and I started at 25%. Thank god.

Now, in reality, the three advertised by simply spamming posts across different forums. They actually did it in a somewhat intelligent way. I’ll give them that.

https://i.ibb.co/j6MCg4T/Clean-Shot-2025...-32-2x.png

Part of this thread is to simply highlight the spammy posts. They’re not “clearly” trying to advertise his Discord, but ultimately, they are once you look into it. And to top that off, the third owner continues to bump his threads.

Another part of this thread is to highlight how he treats his freelancers and his team. In simple terms, like shit.
He does absolutely nothing, across from spam his posts across different forums, and is asking for a 25% commission, which I think is absolutely absurd. I ultimately only joined as a tiny source of income while building my personal brand.

On top of that, I was finally removed because I fought back during a specific incident. The incident involved an order from a client to create a web design, logo, and X.com banner in about two hours. I ended up charging the client $335 and continued with the order as usual. The client paid, and Mxstermind held the funds until the job was done. (FYI, I grew increasingly suspicious of this, especially once he started asking if we’d rather be paid weekly, but I ultimately bit my tongue). I finished said project, and when Mxstermind decided to pay me, I received $199.80. Wait a second, that’s not 75%? That’s a little less than 60%. Exactly. I followed by asking him where the fuck the rest of the money was, and his statement was:

“The 25% is divided by the three founders who are consistently bringing in traffic and add to the advertising budget. I really like the way you operate, your excellent communication and services but I want you to understand that we are just getting started and there's huge potential for all of us here. I prefer to have a family friendly enviroment between the staff, not always client <> pro.”

What the fuck does that mean? I followed by arguing with him for an hour or two about this, where he simply couldn’t understand it wasn’t about the $52 difference. It was about the lack of professionalism and poor treatment toward his “team.” Ultimately, when I threatened to create a community report, he sent me the money whilst still trying to convince me he was in the right.

Also, it's not that big of a deal, but he did send about $5.00 less; I shut my mouth and took it, but I just thought I’d throw that in there.
Anyways, additional screenshots from Discord are below.

I don’t have more screenshots from the server because he ultimately banned me because I was “not promoting a “family-friendly environment between the staff” simply because I asked for the payment which I agreed upon. Seems like the other freelancers on his server were fine with it, but I will never take that shit.

I will say that I did take a bit of inspiration from what he had made (organizationally), although after doing some more market research, it was clear he wasn’t the only one doing this as he claims.

Do what you will with this information.

P.S. I understand that @Mxstermind and @Mxsterpiece are already banned on the forums, @00JL is a part of their organization. Just thought I would throw this out there in the case that they are unbanned, and/or @00JL decides to pick up where @Mxstermind left off because he is banned.

Also, understand that this is not necessarily a scam report. I walked into this since I had some free time on my hands as a designer, not caring all too much. This is more so of a community alert to throw their horrible business practices out there.

You’ve made your report, but it’s obvious you’re trying to twist the narrative and avoid owning up to your actions. Let’s set things straight.

You came to us on December 12, 2024, under the pretense of being a designer seeking extra work, and we gave you a chance to grow within our team and platform. BrandForge is the reason you had access to clients, and without us, you wouldn’t have had the platform or relationships you now claim as your own. Instead of showing gratitude, you turned your back on us and attempted to sabotage everything we built.

You botched our server, tried to poach staff, and stole clients we worked tirelessly to bring in. Then you had the audacity to copy our processes, threads, and Discord structure without any effort to create something of your own. You didn’t want to build; you wanted to profit off what we had already established.

Instead of growing professionally, you tried to tear us down to boost your own gain. You lied to others, manipulated situations, and displayed nothing but greed and unoriginality. Your actions are proof of your dishonesty and lack of integrity. After we gave you the tools and opportunity to succeed, you turned them into a stepping stone for your own selfish purposes.

Now, you’re trying to paint yourself as the victim. But we see through you this was never about independence or building something better. It was about stealing what we’ve worked for. Stay away from this so-called "agency" of yours it’s built on nothing but deceit.

It’s laughable to see you try to paint yourself as the victim here. After we gave you the tools, the clients, and the platform, you tried to destroy everything we built. You started spreading lies and attempting to turn others against us. And even though we know your true intentions, we’ve kept our heads held high and remained professional, despite all the underhanded tactics you’ve employed.
Your actions don’t stop at sabotage; they show a complete lack of professionalism and integrity. You’ve shown nothing but greed, dishonesty, and unoriginality. You admitted yourself that you couldn’t execute things well, yet you claimed to have more “reps” than us, all while secretly copying everything we did. You never had any intention of working professionally or ethically. You simply wanted to take what wasn’t yours and benefit from it.
After all we’ve done for you, it’s clear you’ve shown your true colors. The staff at BrandForge is satisfied working with us because we’ve created a supportive, professional environment. We’ve built a community that values integrity and collaboration, and that’s why people stick with us. You, on the other hand, couldn’t appreciate this and instead showed nothing but greed and a desire to steal from others. You didn’t even try to bring in clients or make any real impact. You just took what was handed to you and tried to claim it as your own.
Let’s be real here—this was never about independence. It was about tearing us down and trying to build something off the back of our hard work. You copied our processes, poached our staff, and tried to steal clients, all while pretending to be the good guy. But we see through your actions, and it’s clear that you never had any genuine intentions. You were just trying to ride the wave of BrandForge’s success while undermining everything we built.
You’ve done nothing but prove that you’re unoriginal, dishonest, and willing to go as far as sabotaging others to get ahead. If anyone values integrity, professionalism, and real work, they should stay far away from your joke of an agency. You’ve shown exactly who you are, and it’s not someone to trust or respect. It’s time for you to own up to your actions and stop trying to rewrite the story.

Just going to repost my last post here:

Two of your the three owners of your business is banned. Also, where's the proof that I botted your server? Because I didn't? I'd be interested in finding some of that proof. Your server was not that lucrative to have went through all that trouble. Next, you said "stealing our clients." Each one of those clients worked with ME. The designer. And after I was removed, they quickly realized, you had no proper designers on the team. Not my fault they wanted to continue working with me. You keep claiming I was "mass dming" your server. You server has 500+ people yeah? Where is the proof? If they're my clients, they're not your clients. Anyone can see right through this. Your team were amateurs at best. Your "hard work" was just complete spam across multiple forums. As seen on my community alert thread. Poaching staff? I'm not sure if you're aware, but I offered Zizo a $1200 development deal as the client REFUSED to work with you guys. Can easily show screenshots. And he kindly agreed. Also 40%? That doesn't help your case bud. "Lying to clients?" The thread design was made whilst I still worked with you guys, and I clearly removed it to remove your branding from it after. Something you obviously can't do with the signature you're wearing that is not yours. It even says "WEP DEVELOPMENT," I did that on purpose.

Tl;dr user was salty that I made a community alert on them, so he decided to follow it with one: https://cracked.io/Thread-Supreme-COMMUN...id44394668

All the proof is in the pudding.

Also, your first screenshot clearly shows you talking about keeping my vouches, instead of deleting them as you should've.

P.S. User was definitely utilizing ChatGPT as they do, whilst writing the OP. Since in reality, their communication is horrible. I know.
