thats the whole point? next time dont scam. scammers should be punished harder. a dox of all data saved, all credits & awards deleted/transferred, biography deleted/cleared etc
but why would u give someone awards like MOTM, 10k members, star award etc just because he got scammed? it makes no sense since the guy that gets the awards didnt even complete the requirements required for those awards, and whats the point in deleting the awards when the user is banned and cant even use the forum xD
compensating the scammed user with credits makes sense so he can get some of the money back, but i dont think someone will exit scam without selling his credits first

rewarding with credits will be a massive shitshow ppl will start making accounts and fake scams to get free credits, also rewarding ppl with credits will increase the credit supply by a lot, and ppl will sell cheap af to recover something.
