Due to the nature of our product, we have a strict no-refund policy outlined in our Terms of Service. Unlike physical products, you cannot return 31 days of using our auto traders and signals as you would on Amazon. Even if you are not actively using the product, you still have access to it.
I cannot revoke your access for the following reasons:

1. You are already halfway through your next subscription period.
   
2. Our no-refund policy applies.
   

Additionally, a reminder email is sent one day prior to your renewal date. You chose to ignore that email. And to top it all off, you gave a bad vouch here not because of the product itself but because you want to refund a subscription that you used.
