Man it's you trash, all you needed to do it apply for issuing like I told you but you solved to create reports, not trying to do anything.

You are indeed incorrect about this, if you were knowledged about Stripe you'd know they disable the feature for accounts which are not in the respective category to be eligble or have triggered the fraud protection from using business information already used.

Do not buy anything from verifpro.net, i bought a product which literally says Buy Stripe with multiple VCCs creation option in the title

Here's what happened after i paid for the product and they sent me the login
i logged in and went to the issuing dashboard where it said its not enabled for this account and cant be enabled for this business/account
so as a normal customer i went to their support and requested that they either refund or replace as the product is not what they advertised/listed.

I can infact verify that i saw the product about Stripe w/ Issuing on their site previously... however i made my own stripe before and ran 300 cards through it, since i have HQ information and methods it worked but now i lost my providers

They disabled this feature on the interface but you can still apply via email, all you need is to write email that you'd like to apply. It's not hard to do taking into account that we sell very good accs, that have transaction, website and hosting, website looks like real company and functional

I'm correct here, you are incorrect, will explain why: you could create acc on fullz and apply for stripe issuing without acc being strong. I did it myself that way and it worked, I couldn't say acc was some kind of best quality - it was basic acc on fullz, fake business details and with bank added, that's it. No transactions etc. Your acc applied successfully not because it was good acc but because stripe had this feature looks to be for all accs.

Now if you want - you may test it. Create acc on business details, add business bank, make website that looks good, make transaction and cash out - I highly doubt issuing button will be enabled on interface. That's because they removed it for all accs maybe due to abuse

1 more note: we make accs not on fullz but on business with EIN and stuff. That may be the reason why stripe apply button is not active. We stopped making accs on fullz and fake business long time ago, now making on real business

Sir, i didn't proclaim you couldn't create them on fullz just stating that i did not use fullz upon creating my accounts (including business/any type of fullz) using my method which is used by sellers who sell them for thousands of dollars. My accounts all had this enabled by default and still have them enabled to this day. Only had one account go down which was made with private hq fullz, however i dont use fullz and they most likely did that to brand new accounts with everything added by default however not all accounts proclaim this issue. 

However if you buy fullz with business shit... you kinda getting scammed

You don't get scammed until they're docs, that's most probably only way to check that it's normal business fullz
