I'm correct here, you are incorrect, will explain why: you could create acc on fullz and apply for stripe issuing without acc being strong. I did it myself that way and it worked, I couldn't say acc was some kind of best quality - it was basic acc on fullz, fake business details and with bank added, that's it. No transactions etc. Your acc applied successfully not because it was good acc but because stripe had this feature looks to be for all accs.

Now if you want - you may test it. Create acc on business details, add business bank, make website that looks good, make transaction and cash out - I highly doubt issuing button will be enabled on interface. That's because they removed it for all accs maybe due to abuse

1 more note: we make accs not on fullz but on business with EIN and stuff. That may be the reason why stripe apply button is not active. We stopped making accs on fullz and fake business long time ago, now making on real business

Sir, i didn't proclaim you couldn't create them on fullz just stating that i did not use fullz upon creating my accounts (including business/any type of fullz) using my method which is used by sellers who sell them for thousands of dollars. My accounts all had this enabled by default and still have them enabled to this day. Only had one account go down which was made with private hq fullz, however i dont use fullz and they most likely did that to brand new accounts with everything added by default however not all accounts proclaim this issue. 

However if you buy fullz with business shit... you kinda getting scammed

You don't get scammed until they're docs, that's most probably only way to check that it's normal business fullz

Business fullz are a scam, i can get your fullz + all business info in a few minutes just by using the name on the fullz 
Documents don't even need to be real, my photoshop documents are literally so identical to the real thing its indisguishable (ran through major KYC checks and no issues)

Well first of all, you are incorrect about this and the entire Stripe community knows this so you are infact wrong and i infact do not look funny but they may ask for documents yes, but you can easily manipulate and social engineer your way around it but its not a long process and doesn't take that much time if you sell high quality shit... time is money and who is incompetent? You infact do not know how many accounts were sold from anyone as thats not public information. I'm not going to continue this argument since you are not known for seling high quality accounts and infact aren't well known in the community for high quality shit
