The order will be delivered within 24 hours as he stated in the DM's. However, I didn't see the need to open a scam report as I haven't blocked him or anything

refunded OP, I apologised to him for the bad service and offered a refund and a free thread in exchange of him removing neg reps as I understand that it was my fault.... he declined so i refunded him. idk what he is trying to do here
