Additional Information: He cashout for me $50 visa, he was getting 5% of that, so $6 and I was getting $44, he successfully cashouted it so he told me to wait for stripe since he can only do withdrawals once a week, I agreed.
Asked him and he said the next day he can withdraw, then asked again and said 19 sept, contacted 19 sept and sent me a pic, trying to say his account got clossed or some shit like that.

Crypto address for a refund: Will give if he wants to pay.

Bro, the card he used was a PREPAID VISA Giftcard, this is a totally INVALID Dispute.

He bought the cards from Loadup (@CheapVisa) Who exit scammed. I would've been able to withdraw from my stripe but it got locked becuase the card he gave me, chargebacked the money. So it's really not my fault that HIS card chargebacked the money.

The $$44 payment is his.

tbf, cards dont always hit, thats why they are sold for so cheap. you can afford to fuck up 2 hits, and still profit on 3rd, but caviar did say 110% success rate xd, pretty dumb imo. 

also, i dont think you were scammed out of "$44" I think you were scammed (if anything) out of the $20 it cost you to buy the card lol

also, far as contacting @CheapVisa , that also doesnt make sense, because all of his cards were legit and valid up until everyones were patched (i believe last wednesday, 9/14) and it obviously wasn't the card if caviar even got to hit with it, his stripe was just bad if they are changing the date around for no reason lol.
