Additional Information:
I don't have any problems with the owner directly. I tried to solve it with his co-owner, but he accused me of trying to scam him, which is the lowest thing he could say to me after being a regular customer of his service.

My old discord got termed, so I joined their discord server through the vanity link. I created a ticket there and tagged the leading developer, MoPo. He was a very chill & good person, so I decided to use him again. Nobody replied to the ticket, so I closed it and opened a new one later. Nobody replied again, so I messaged him privately. He replied there & I explained to him what I needed.
To summarize, I required a Telegram to Discord ticket bot adapted to my business. MoPo charged me $100, whereas I paid him $50 and $50 when he showed me some of the work. I wasn't quite satisfied, so I asked him to modify some things, and he agreed to only some of the requests. He told me he couldn't do some of them, and later I learned that MoPo coded the exact things he told me he couldn't do for me, for my competitor. Things got cold from here, and I was expecting the product now. He gave me 1 Day ETA. It has been three days, haven't gotten anything.

He insists he doesn't give the source code out when that's what he did in the past for me. I even helped him get more customers by giving his contacts to my business friends, but it looks like I only dug a hole for myself.

I don't need the product anymore as the delivery time for two simple things I asked exceeded whatever ETA I imagined. I have hired a better & more experienced developer. I am looking only for a refund now. He has been giving out the same bot I am paying to other customers as he did with my Invite Bot, so I am pretty sure he has made the profit already.

First of all I have absolutely nothing to do with this entire deal. The so claimed created tickets are not true, we can see in our ticket history those are not created, nothing has been asked or whatsoever.

In our ToS we clearly state (can be found here: https://imgur.com/ZJXN3se):

- All communication must be carried out via your ticket. You are not to contact our employees direct
-  We shall only communicate with you via our ticket system, should you receive contact outside of this it is most likely a scam.

You completely ignored and violated our Terms of Service and contacted our developer directly. He proceeded to help you with this without my knowledge or approval. I still am awaiting to hear from my dev about whatever deal you two put together so I have no clue how I can have anything to do with this.

You created a ticket (for the first time) with a new fresh discord account, without the customer role, you even used a different username then before, not sure how you would expect anyone to know who you are or even know what you are talking about. So the initial respond to this was indeed go try scam someone else as it seemed like a pathetic attempt on reversing a refund of something that has never been ordered in the first place. You tried to do a deal outside of our service discord, in this deal you agreed to not receiving the source code. you changed your mind and do want the source code now and you try to claim a refund on our service discord. ( https://imgur.com/ndUkxL6  here is proof u did not want the source code)

So to quickly sum this up:

- You ignored and violated are terms and did not use my service but instead contacted a developer directly.
- You then made deal a with this developer personally without my or anyone elses knowledge agreeing to not receive the source code.
- You changed your mind on not receiving the source code.
- you created a ticket claiming a refund from our service (the service you tried to avoid in the first place).

I mean it's obvious the tickets aren't created in the first place, as the ticket bot is custom made, and the bot doesn't send any transcripts to DMs & everything is hosted in your server.

Being a regular customer & having a great experience together with an immediate request, I didn't have much time. Even right now, I had to contact your manager to reply in the ticket, as I wasn't receiving a reply there.

Mentioning it again, because it seems that even you aren't understanding. I requested the executable with the features I asked. Not the source code.

If your staff structure is only built around the root of being trusted only in the server, Liars can close the dispute. I wouldn't want to deal with anyone whose staff is only trusted inside the server.

Since the developer is part of your staff team, and he didn't do the job outside, means you're keeping a scammer inside your server. Automatically making it your responsibility. Really busy, waiting for staff to reply. @Liars
