I could see how getting spammed by random new users might be annoying, but removing it for new users might cause a lot of issues

It also helps against leechers (cuz if they want to send DMs, they need to contibute a bit first).
I made a Thread which explains how the Admins can make such an feature (mentioned the plugin they need to install)
