I don't watch his content. I think it's mainly for kids and teenagers. No real depth or knowledge for me. But yeah it's real. You have to spend money to make money. So he puts money into making the video, and then gets a return on the finished product from the views and ads. Lots of Youtubers are using those back to back 5 second ads because you get paid for every 10 secs of ad views.
