Additional Information: i bought from you, a normal wise account and a wise business account, i specify that you sent me what was needed, however after testing the accounts, at the end of the next day the account not work. then i asked you to replace me these accounts, i know that you said yes, however i bought these accounts from you many months ago, today i signal you because i always had nothing from you, then i ask you for a total refund of all that i bought because your wise accounts do not function. thank you.

you have to do something, man i've been waiting months for you to do something i spam you with messages you ignore me, and in the conditions you never note that you don't pay back, and then it's your mistake, not mine, your wise business account only worked a few hours, it's not right at all. you have to at least replace the account.
