You should make sure to ask them 30-40 questions about paypal to see the knowledge they have, personally I think you should find someone who knows how to run and maintain accounts without them getting limited (Business would be better if its all going into one account since you can receive bigger amounts of cash) but I honestly don't think you should trust a "NEW" paypal seller, you need someone who has months or even years in the market

I'm aware of that, it is relatively easy to weed out inexperienced members with just the initial talking phase honestly.
PayPal sellers most of the time provide sub-par quality accounts, because they use saturated sources of creations (VCC only, bad bank, bad IDs). Someone who knows their shit can only move such kinds of volume through stealths without losing too much in transit.

Okay, thats perfect. I've ran $4500 through my concurrent account with no issues, and it doesn't matter which bank is linked and virtual card unless its Prepaid.
I've only used HQ information and Semi/HQ Banks on my paypals.
