Additional Information: I'm honestly tired of the constant waiting and stalling and it appears the user doesn't have time to do them as well so I want my money back. User was hired to do mass dms for a crypto/NFT project as he was one of the first to reply my thread: https://cracked.io/Thread-Supreme-HIRING...id16269024 I paid the user $80 upfront for some test/trial dms and a few days after another $300 on call for him to buy whatever tokens or supplies he needs and another $150 after that for tokens again and another $700 a few days ago for him to buy more tools because according to him he needed a team. I asked the person who he said he wanted to work with, and the person stated he had not collected any tools from the user.  User also lied to me saying he can't give me my money as he has already bought the tools. However, I contacted the supplier he told me he bought from and the supplier stated that he did message him but never bought the tools, this alone already deserves a DWC.

Every time I or other people ask him about the mass dms he comes up with one excuse or the other. One time he was moving, another time he was busy at school, another time he was busy with work.
