I need a graphics artist or just anyone capable to edit out the details of a certain passport.

Changes needs to be done

- All information on the passport must be randomized
- Name
- DOB
- Address
- and all other information on the passport.

Needs to be fast when it comes to editing. Much better if editor has a philippine passport template.
