I am so annoyed of seeing white plebs spamming SB then getting banned only to come back with another account to spam again. 
Most of the time they ask questions like: Anyone have working netflix? Anyone have combos? or stupid questions like that, it gets annoying
All of the HQ members are getting fucking annoyed of not being able to talk to each other because of this

just make a 10 thread requirement to be able to talk in shoutbox or smth like that.

making it upgraded members only is kinda a dumb move imo

Maybe increase post requirements to 100 posts or if you are contributer / upgraded+
