uhh no. that will basically make like goals and stuff useless and will make everyone pass 500K'ish likes.
basically people can spam threads like 1000 threads..
every thread lets say.. 20 people like and reply.. 
thats 200K likes..
lets say 50 of the 1000 threads became popular and got 150+ people replies
easy 7500 likes.

After someone reply on a thread he should have 48h to like the thread or the system will give him 10% warnings points, at 100% = banned :smarT:

Sharing content is not the issue.  Anyone can post virtually anything anywhere unchecked here now.

Finding relevant and legit content is.  The answer isn't to change how people share content, the answer is to limit who is allowed to share content and that content should have to be verified prior to the post being made publicly visible.
