instead there should a detector that bans people(white) instantly

Staff will have more time to do other things , better than only click on ban on every leecher.

This will work good with a pre-aproval thread , like a section mod who aproves a thread to be shared or not.

Respect the bot , will be good if they improve her system to detect leechers.

uhh no. that will basically make like goals and stuff useless and will make everyone pass 500K'ish likes.
basically people can spam threads like 1000 threads..
every thread lets say.. 20 people like and reply.. 
thats 200K likes..
lets say 50 of the 1000 threads became popular and got 150+ people replies
easy 7500 likes.

Now its a bad idea , but if the staff make a pre-aproval about the threads could be super , because they will watch the content before and aprove the thread or not to be uploaded.
