Mmh, bit weird considering you won't do a deal with me because I'm not premium and can't give you as much rep. This exchange service seems to just be about getting reps on your profile, your practically asking for rep in exchange you provide your services. Seems a bit off for me , then you go ahead and say min exchange is $25 but you have stated above any amount.

Not at all, but you won't do a service without getting people to rep you . You are basically demanding rep to your profile or you wont provide your service
