I've been extremely busy the past days, I am now doing a free time to answer to this.

The problem is not whether the tool is actually running or not.

At the time I sent you the redeemer money, the software was not working. The staff forced me to make the payment under a condition that you (Lunacy) accepted. Which was to provide you with an update in 7 days OR a full refund would be issued. The 7 days passed, I contacted you for my refund and the only thing you did was leave me in seen.

I don't understand why y'all are asking me for proof of the "tool not working", I already have provided enough proof where the OP of this Scam Report has admitted that the tool was not working. That's more than sufficient proof needed for this report.

We don't owe you any cent. We already solved everything with Cry (MM from another forum), you're just coming to Cracked to try and obtain our money even when this has been already-solved in the past.

if you do not provide proof, captive is not allowed in the group chat with cry, I was not told what was specifically not working about the tool, I don't own or have access to the tool and I wasn't apart of the deal I LITERALLY have to just assume what COULD be wrong, so I said well it's probably patched

if the tool isn't working then you shouldn't have any issues with providing proof, you denying that makes you look more guilty than we do
a couple others that own the tool say it works fine, You're obviously lying if you cannot even provide proof of your claims

- You did not even say what was wrong with the tool
- I was still not IN the deal when you had purchased it
- I do not own the tool
- I do not have access to the tool
- I was not apart of the deal
- I was forced to reply on something I wasn't involved in
- the person that HAS ownership of the tool and DID the deal with you wasn't allowed in the GC with cry

if you can not simply provide proof of the tool not working then you don't get a refund, it cannot be more simple than this
ALL you have to do is provide proof, if it isn't working then that should be EXTREMELY easy for you to do

- You did not even say what was wrong with the tool I already said it was the auth system issue.
- I was still not IN the deal when you had purchased it You was in the deal since the minute one.

Just you affirming the tool was not working it's enough proof needed. (If you have fixed it already i dont care, you already failed to the 7-days update or full refund, so I want the $120 refund).
