Dear redman,
I am writing to bring to your attention a concerning incident involving one of your staff members, LoroPiana. It has come to my attention that LoroPiana was caught engaging in inappropriate behavior during work hours.
On 9th april 2024 , while on duty as a TMod for our community, LoroPiana was observed accessing and watching pornographic material (Onlyfans leaks) on their workstation. This behavior is entirely unacceptable and violates the professional standards and code of conduct expected from the staff members.
This incident not only reflects poorly on LoroPiana as an individual staff member but also undermines the trust and integrity of the entire team. It is imperative that he maintains a professional environment where such misconduct is not tolerated.
Moving forward, I propose implementing additional measures to prevent similar incidents from occurring in the future. 
I remain committed to upholding the standards of professionalism and integrity within our community, and I assure you that @LoroPiana will refrain from doing this only if he does 10 pushups .
