There have recently been suggestions to implement restrictions on how many threads a user can create per day in some sections, implying that it would somehow improve the quality of content (ref 1, 2). I would argue that it's not a problem with the quality of content being posted, but that the overwhelming number of leechers and bots destroy the usability of content before most members can benefit from it.
As someone who used to post (p*rn) accounts, I can tell you it's quite frustrating and demoralizing to post working accounts only to see them get overrun and locked within minutes, destroying the opportunity for more people to use the accounts. It's part of the reason I shifted to posting more content in the premium section - without being raped by bots and leechers, those accounts would last days, weeks, and even months.
My suggestion:

My suggestion:
- Delay the ability for non-ranking / non-paying members to respond to threads in certain sections for X hours / days
- Proposed sections include: Proxies, Combos, Leaked Accounts, Porn Leaks, and Other Leaks
- Proposed sections include: Proxies, Combos, Leaked Accounts, Porn Leaks, and Other Leaks
- Ranking members would still have full access to the threads in this holding period, including ability to respond and like
- After X hours / days, the threads would then be open to all members to respond and see hidden content
- Ranking members, who have paid to be here either by coin or contributions, would have first access to content before leechers and bots have the opportunity to ruin
- Some content will become unusable during the holding period, lessening the appeal for leechers and bots
- Contributors in those sections will have less reason to post multiple times per day simply to replace dead content
- Incentivizes unpaid members to upgrade in order to see the most recent content
