Hey yes message me on telegram or join the discord server, I can answer lots of questions on there but a brief explanation: 

I'm in a suburban area near lots of local high schools. I plan to just spray paint near there, on roads near there, etc.
Markers will be written on like the back of street signs or on walls or somewhere popular. I can basically do markers wherever I want, except for stores. But I can tag lots of places with just a marker, at my own discretion.

So to answer your question, yes it CAN be seen by lots of people, but then again it's just random graffiti, there's nothing uncommon about that but people still pay for advertisements when there's nothing uncommon about that.
