Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 27,50€ (Personal upgrade on my Netflix account 1 year UHD)

Additional Information: The seller was very responsive and helpful until the payment, he then proceeded to delay the service, and stopped replying. Also very helpful before purchase on Telegram, on which he also stopped replying, not included in screenshots because no business conducted there, only questions and now trying to reach him without success. Everything is explicit in the screenshots, no explanations needed.
Address for a refund: Will be waiting for a refund on the same PayPal address (as family and friends like i paid) from which I paid, once I do not feel that a seller that is not trustworthy enough to provide a service and stops replying after payment, can be trustworthy enough to keep his word about any kind of guarantee if a year-long service stops working. I can provide the address again if needed.
