Why did you start saying that the first phone never arrived? Why lie?

2) I have the tracking number of the first phone and it literally shows that on 13th of January it was delivered (I wont post it here to protect his personal information but I can provide it to a mod upon request)

Phone arrived 13.01 (I even still have the receipt) and on the same day I fullfilled the order and not on 14.01.

You literally admitted yourself that it arrived on 13th of January and you even have the receipt.


Even without all this proof, it would make no sense for you to contact a refund service if your order was actually lost.

Since "he" kicked me out of all his groups and blocked on telegram
theres no chance of contact anymore.
No message arrived from the shop.
Darkness has proof where I provided an fair fee
when the phone will be shown as canceled.

The deadline from O2 is until Monday since they don't work on Sundays as I've already said.

The fair fee you are talking about is 13%, why would we give you a 50% discount?

Also we have told you to please return the second phone in the chat. Where you then afterwards said this is for the first phone and not the second one. We have proof that the first one is delivered. So which one is it?

What is the case here exactly? Customer does not want to return the second phone so he doesn't need to pay installments for that phone, but he also received the first phone. We gave you the opportunity to return the phone YOU don't want to pay the installments for. so if YOU don't want to return it so YOU don't need to pay the installments anymore then what is the case here even?

Its either you didn't receive first phone (which you did). OR you don't want to pay installments for the second phone. we showed you you can still return it so you don't need to pay those installments and don't owe us a fee then. But apparently you don't want to do that.

Edit: FOR THE PART WHO DONT UNDERSTAND WHY I SAID "I WILL PAY ANYWAY 13 % WE CAN SAY ITS FAIR" because he said "TAKE THAT AS PARTING AS GIFT NO FEE TO BE PAID".
