Additional Information: He cheated me of $20 in the following way, first he let me test a very good Mexican combo with 2k lines get 14hits.
Then he negotiated the selling price and I settled on a price of $20 for 50k lines but after receiving the goods, the quality was not the same as the test goods, it was a pile of shit. I asked him to take compensation or anything appropriate but he deliberately tried to make more money from me by asking me for an additional $20 but I refused and he deleted all the messages on telegram.
