Additional Information: I just want what I paid for.  I do not understand how this user continues to run his service with this lack of response every time.  I have purchased from him multiple times now and every single time there has been massive delays and terrible communication where I need to wait weeks to a month to receive what I paid for.  How is it possible to run a service so poorly and not understand.  The thread link states "After purchase you will receive a key that can upgrade anytime your own Hulu account.  The process is completely automated, you don't need to wait for a response from our staff."  This exact line was why I purchased.  I figured I could just upgrade my own account easily as it states.  But again, here I am waiting a week for what I paid for.  Not to mention, I paid on the site on October 9th and received NOTHING.  I had to find my way into the discord server to show proof that I paid.  The inconsistency with the service is frustrating.  The user goes MIA constantly and claims 24/7 support or 12/7 depending on the days.  There is 0 support.

I do not mind waiting at all, but receiving no update is ridiculous.  The process was supposed to be automated as you claim.  If you expected me to wait you need to update me.  Instead, you go MIA for days at a time.

Edit: I waited 8 days now.  I waited 2-3 days for an email from when I paid on the site.  Received nothing via email so opened a ticket.  I was told that my account was being upgraded now.  Then he said he would upgrade in the morning and disappeared.  How am I impatient?  You are just misleading and stalling time until you restock.  I would rather you just be honest and tell me that you are out of stock and I need to wait.

@Liars surely you can understand the frustration dealing with this user.  He will always get out of the scam report as he goes MIA for 5-6 days until a scam report is opened and then instantly appears.  False promises and misleading responses in tickets cause confusion and frustration on both ends.  Not sure why this behavior is tolerated on c.io but it surely seems to be encouraged as nothing will happen to this user time and time again.

If you cannot wait, it’s not my fault. We are working with a provider which one upgrades them until our upgrading bot it’s done. If you cannot wait it’s not my fault, that’s why you could ask for a refund via DMS on discord or via cracked. You could be normal and not be retarded, thanks for understanding.
