I've started reading some rules today and I find this strange:
TOS are to be ignored in case of scam-reports if the administrator decides to.
So, if someone has no warranty in their TOS, and someone makes a dd on you about not giving money back cuz his netflix account stopped working after one week. And admin decides to don't care about your TOS then you have to refund. What the hell is this.

So yeah, personal TOS should not matter when we are talking about cracked accounts lol

For cheap stuff it is definitely a good rule but imagine that you would sell something for several thousands, you have one month warranty and customer then comes after several months and want refund. That is bs

I am not saying that I've found anything like that, I am saying that as an example

An example would be an actual scam report you show - what you are saying is just an assumption which has been proven wrong a million times. You could've checked that by simply opening any high-value scam report before creating this pointless thread.
