Additional Information: I bought DE base (gmx web t online freenet) from him. 
He said he dumps himself and it is fresh and private . But as it turned out it is not fresh and no private . His lines were duplicated with my personal bases and HULU bases ( I take bases from others too) He takes lines from HULU I made sure of that . After my complaint he gave me another base but you will not be surprised because it is the same public garbage as he gave me before.  
I also checked on my targets and you won't be surprised because all the mails are already worked out by other people, it's just the same public mail.
and before that there were scam reports about him, I wish I had seen it before I bought a base from him (they also complained that he gave a public base).
