This has nothing to do with followers. I bought YouTube views that were advertised as 5-20 minutes of retention as per the title. When I didn’t get that I tried to contact support. The first time I purchased a service it was good, but I purchased a different one this time, and it wasn’t. Just because I paid with card doesn’t mean anything. I’d like to be refunded to my card then if crypto isn’t possible. As I see now I will no longer be using your services due to how sketchy I see you do business. When a service isn’t delivered as advertised I don’t understand why you have to play this run around game with customers. You’ve probably scammed many more saying “oh it didn’t say it the description and the title doesn’t guarantee anything.” That is just a scam. I was looking for high retention in order to get watch time, but these views failed to deliver even half of the watch time it should’ve been if the views were actually at least 5 minutes of retention.

If customer wanted to get refunded and didn't wanted the service why to keep placing orders and keep spending the money that he was suposed to be claiming the refund for, there's no sense on this, the user only wants the refund plus the services delivered, as this reflects also in the all links of the pictures that all the views are fully delivered.
You right now have less than a dollar, about 0.90 Cents (because you are still spending the funds in the last 2 hours from now) which doesn't even cover the refund fees.
So absolutely is not possible to get a refund, because you paid for funds, and all the funds are already fully spent in orders that are fully delivered.
Looking at your claims when we delivered all, without single failiure, looking at your negative reviews from your profile, and looking that you are still placing orders and spending the funds you are suposed to be trying to claim, we are definetly copying and pasting this message as we don't want to convert this into a discussion anymore, we will just copy paste this till an admin review this case.

I wanted to use the rest of my funds as well because I’m scared they will just close my account and keep my funds. I’m not sure why they keep saying the retention time isn’t guaranteed when it was advertised as that. It doesn’t make sense, and they refuse to give a refund. It’s simple. The promised/advertised service wasn’t provided, and you should provide compensation or a refund for the failure to deliver as promised.
