The user, known as Detrbolt, reachable on Telegram via @Kryptomaniaman, has defrauded me of over €800 through deliberate delays, unauthorized project changes, and repeated demands for additional payments. Below is a detailed account of the incidents:
- This project involved developing a bot to post TikTok comments and boost their likes.
- The developer promised to complete it within two weeks and initially charged €300. I paid half upfront and provided the required server.
- During the process, the developer demanded additional payments, eventually raising the total cost to €500.
- Despite waiting for several months, the project was never completed and remained entirely non-functional.
- The second project was a Discord Vanity Bot, also promised within two weeks.
- Despite payment, the developer failed to deliver a working product. Even before Discord’s update made the concept obsolete, it was clear he lacked the expertise to complete the project.
- As compensation for the failed Discord project, I commissioned another project: a website with a dashboard (frontend and backend).
- The developer ignored agreed-upon features, delayed the completion for months, and demanded additional payments for server costs and “expenses.”
- I explicitly stated multiple times that I would not make any further payments until results were delivered. Despite this, he continued to demand money and failed to deliver results.
I provided the developer with a final opportunity to:
- Refund a percentage of the total amount I had paid, or
- Complete the work within a defined timeline.
- Clear Fraud: The developer deliberately delayed projects, failed to deliver the agreed-upon work, and repeatedly demanded payments even after I had already paid over €800.
- Unauthorized Changes: Project details were altered without my consent, and deadlines were ignored.
- Failure to Respond to Final Demands: Even after being given the chance to refund part of the money or complete the work, the developer showed no intention of resolving the situation.
