Amount or Item(s) Scammed: 1 х $120 DHL Scan (I paid 120 dollars for the scan, in the end I got nothing)

Additional Information: I contacted him to buy a DHL scan, paid 120 dollars (his standard price for a DHL scan - same price in his telegram channel). He said that the track (scan) would be active on Monday, however on Monday it turned out that the scan had not been scanned. He asked for another label - an old one that was under the label I received (it's the same tracking number). After 3 days (5 days in total) after his promises that the scan would be done, then it turned out to be a drop and not a scan, then he did say it was a scan, but in the end nothing changed. I did not get the service I paid for, every day I hear promises + he also lies about the fact that I bought a drop, although at the beginning of the communication he confirms that it is DHL + the information in his channel confirms the fact that he makes scans. In the end 120 dollars paid, the service is not received.
