Amount or Item(s) Scammed: Got it as a VC, was pushed into investing into proxies (~$140)

Additional Information: So long story short the seller was selling a chaturbate selenium script that would create and verify accounts automatically and so exploit the affiliate marketing system of chaturbate. I got the tool as a vouch copy a week ago and started using it as the seller told me and others in a customer chat to. I started purchasing proxies and he told us to not generate more than 300 accounts a day to be safe. While generating accounts, i always kept it at ~200 daily just to be sure that i was inside of the limits. Today, as the first of the month, it was the day when we were supposed to be paid. In the morning, the seller told us to wait a few hours to get the automatic bitcoin payment into our wallets. Hours passed by and none of us got paid. We emailed chaturbate support about when we would get paid and this is the response I personally got: “ Your affiliate account has been flagged as generating fake account signups. This conduct directly violates our terms of service and the law. If you’d like us to review this decision please let us know what traffic source(s) you used to promote our affiliate program.

The Chaturbate Team”. After this email, I went on and talked to other customers, which also reported the same issue. Later on, the seller came on forward and said that he would “update” the tool and give everyone a free month of usage on a tool that never worked at all. After I confronted the seller that we had already lost a lot of money on proxies he proceeded to send memes and stickers in chat, showing a lack of seriousness on this topic. I can provide screenshots and even more facts that he ripped off every customer of his on subscriptions and proxies (the proxy provider that he recommended to us was apparently his friend). After this, he told me he would purchase some proxies for me after the update is done, but when I told him that I wanted a full refund on the money I had lost and that I wanted to switch proxy providers and invest that same amount of $140 into another provider, he started ignoring me and going offline, and even making dumb excuses such as “i never told you to spend more than $20”, when he clearly said that we needed to invest $20+ into proxies. His tool didn’t work, made no money, and even caused me a damage of $140 in proxy costs.
Crypto address for a refund: already sent it to him and he laughed at it, still showing a huge lack of seriousness.

If any admin wants to chat with me i will be open to sharing all the screenshots and full story in details.

I gave you one day vouch copy since I thought you was a guy who I could trust to leave a vouch if the tool worked, going against all my other friends warnings about not giving you the vouch copy. Quote from my sales thread: "If you buy, you still need 20$+ in investment due to you needing residential proxies (the ones I have been using was digiproxy.cc which is 2.5$ per gb and 5 gb there was able to generate 200+ accounts and still have 1 gigabyte left of data.)", I referred to 20$+ since that was the amount I spent on generating 200 accounts to get the payout and the fact that it was meant to be around 20$. 

And I did not push you to spend 140$ in proxies since I have said many times myself that I only spent 20$ on proxies and a captcha solving software. I said it was okay to generated around 200 accounts today to try to get fresh, new, ips so chaturbate wont give you tier 2/3 hits.

I laughed at the fact that you did not listen to any of my tips about not getting caught and you demand a refund after spending 140$ on proxies which corresponds to 56 gigabytes of data. Hmm, if it took me 5 gb to create 200 accounts you will teoretically created 2000+ accounts in a short time period.

Accoording to @Heavenly it was possible to get a successfull pay out using said tool. But behold, at pay out day everyone who bought the tool & invested in proxies got banned from said website and no one got a successfull pay out. Dispite following @Heavenly instructions. 

The thing i hate most, is that @Heavenly never tested his tool privately and waited till he got a successfull pay out using it. 
Instead he went straight to selling it on mass. The tool never worked and was buggy. 

He should have tested it before selling it on mass without knowing if it even works

Accoording to @Heaven it was possible to get a successfull pay out using said tool. But behold, at pay out day everyone who bought the tool & invested in proxies got banned from said website and no one got a successfull pay out. Dispite following @Heavenly instructions.

14 people did not buy the tool. I gave 5/6 people free licenses / vouch copies and alot of the customers did not use the tool since they had theyre own errors and were not able to use the tool. I admit it was my fault and I have gotten 1 week from @KSZ to refund all the customers who wants a refund.

As I said, you recommended us to keep it below 300 accounts generated daily, which take more than just $20 worth of proxies to generate. I went with a considerable amount which was very well in between the limits you put for us.

Almost all of the customers have emailed chaturbate today and have gotten the same reply as I did, their accounts being banned. Other customers can back me up on this claim.

As I said 2 times already, I listened to everything you recommended us in the customers channel, and I did not generate 2000 accounts, since all your tool did was burn proxies like hell.

You gave 5/6 people vouch copies that were later extended to a weekly license, which you then advised to purchase proxies from digiproxy since "you had already tested them and they worked on your first cashout from the site".
