Additional Information: I previously worked with the seller once and we had one problem he delivered on time, but this second time I paid him for a new Stripe UK account and he's been ghosting me for what reason I don't know, always has something up to prolonge delivering account, it's been 3 days since he "promised" account will be finished in 24h, he isn't answering my msg at all, but was active daily, It's been 20 days since I paid him so it's best If I can get refund.
