Yes this is true. However we have already paid over $750 on getting it recoded + getting it completely fixed and up to date. He has access to the redeemer and still works however he has asked for a hwid reset hence the auth we were using has banned my acc. If he runs the files on the rdp he originally used it, it will work fine. Our tos states that we can stop any project at any time (https://cdn.discordapp.com/attachments/1.../image.png). Despite this we have paid our developer over $750 to get this situated. I cant control how long it will take them to get it fully completed however all we can do is wait and see.

We have paid $150 USD for a lifetime subscription for an tool that literally worked 3 days (and you already confirmed it), and it has been not updated for 60+ days, all I obtain is excuses every single time. 

A MM on another forum told us to pay him for the license ($150 USD) even when the tool wasn't working, and we would get a refund if no update came within 7 days (and lunacy agreed to this, and I have proof of this), 15+ days have passed and no refund has been received still (we have proof of all of this).

Your TOS can be ignored on Cracked.io if it's needed. Lunacy also agreed on something that he haven't follow (refund if not update within 7 days, have passed 15+ days since that deal was made and still no refund has been received). 

One weird thing is you have a completely working redeemer version but your customer (us) doesn't. All we need is a refund, no need anymore for this shitty ass tool.

Frankly it doesn't matter how long the tool has lasted as u have access to it and it is still working. Just because you aren't able to keep an rdp running for longer than 3 days isn't my issue. My tos is completely fair in this scenario, you will receive an updated tool if necessary whenever it is done whether u want the tool or not doesn't really matter. As u have access to a working version than it clearly isn't my issue. You have said my redeemer doesn't work but hasn't shown any proof to back it up. On the other hand i can show u the version u have received is still stable and working just as it always had.

For this reason, I have the whole right to request a full refund, I don't care about your shitty TOS, the simple fact that he gave his word by accepting that deal gives me the full right to request my refund since he did not comply with the deal agreed.

That deal was meant for if the redeemer doesnt work, if the redeemer u have works then i dont see any reason we should be giving u a refund. If u show us adequate proof that it doesnt work then we will provide u with a refund

Since they're in the process of replacing it, you can practice a little patience if you will.

Also, I'm struggling to see why you're so adament about getting a refund here, when you're more than happy to not offer them to other people that've opened scam reports on you, and instead deliver product replacements months later.

Also, you don't decide if you can discard a service's ToS, only the administration team gets to, so please don't act as if you get to make that choice - you don't.

You also have 0 participation in this report, you don't know the deals at it's full, so I invite you to log out of the forum and go to do productive things instead of trying to suck lunacy's dick.

We have never refused to provide refunds. Our ToS clearly says all our sales are final, but we also provide refunds if the product hasn't been delivered within 72hrs.
