After long hours of searching (3-4hrs) in my store room finally found my pcs old hard drive with all the ss.

As you can see I was being a nice friend and was going to return his money after 180 days but ig now I will become a legit business men. Heres the screenshots and they clearly say I can deny his funds.

I changed my mind from sending the money after 180 days to being a legit business men and following my Holder's TOS.

To avoid conflict and confusion in the future you should note that a user's terms of service are to be ignored in their entirety in deal disputes IF decided to by administration. 

This meaning a ToS alone can not invalidate a deal dispute, and any statements of adherence or agreement to said document will go unacknowledged in the decisive verdict if it is decided by administration for your terms to be disregarded throughout the dispute.

Noted. Will keep that in mind in future.
