i would now like full payment for the entire design he bought in one as he removed his vouch and left a negative one because he is so shit at adding a image to a thread  , and no he is not elidable to give me a positive vouch i want full payment

1. Let me see where in the rules does it say disrespecting staff is a blacklist (none cause your server isn't even properly setup)

2. we agreed to payment of 30$ for thread design and signature, Don't know what else are you looking for when opening this report
