Amount or Item(s) Scammed: £65 = $76

Additional Information: I wasn't going to open this as I respected Froid but his owner/signal giver Neox would rather call me a retard than admit I have a point. So, I bought a £65 subscription to Froid's betting service, It started well but as the days went by, more and more losses would come. Now, I know someone people will say, "its gambling" but as you can see in my signature, its advertised as, "90% win rate", and these past 3-5 days have been anything but 90. Over the past 3 days its been 12 wins and 6 losses, making it 66% win rate therefore being well below the advertised win rate. I asked politely for a refund and the owner refused and blamed me losing money on "personal bets". The other owner/signal giver is Neox, i dont know if he has a c.to profile. But he seems that he would rather me open a scam report than admit his signals are bad and have lost multiple people money. Their defence is that "90% win rate means from the every single bet from the start (5th of august) to present day", however even this is below 90% as well as a bad excuse.
